A little about me & my "why"
Hi, I'm Ashley!
I've been designing fitness challenges of my own for 4+ years and have always wanted to make it into something more. Though my previous challenge format always worked fine, I wanted more than just the simple facebook group.
Fast forward to 2023/2024- Lot's of special events in life just kept unraveling-
I was pregnant the majority of 2023, welcomed my daughter into the world the end of 2023, I was recovering from an unplanned c-section and health troubles, plus having a newborn as a first time mom... need I say more? It was enough to put this project on the back burner for a later time! Now, I am more than ready to get this platform running, to give women and busy moms an outlet that is something they can do- just for them. It can feel like there is not enough time in the day; with working, parenting, maintaining healthy relationships and a social life, and then throw working out on top of it all - can be enough to make a person run for the hills. I get it!
So I am here, to hopefully bring a sense of ease by helping you find a small pocket of time in your day, that you can do a workout quickly but effectively! A one stop-shop for workouts, exercises, exclusive Challenges to join in on, plus nutritional tracking/ guidance - all on one simple app. Sounds awesome, eh? I KNOW!!
I want to thank all of you who have continued to support my old Challenges over the years - you all have helped me get to this point, without you I wouldn't be here.
