24 hour cancellation policy

Please be aware that a cancellation made within the 24 hour window of your scheduled appointment will result in a $50.00 + tax charge to the credit card provided on your file.  If you do not have a credit card for your file then an e-transfer will be accepted instead. 

Any charges applied to your card / outstanding balances will be emailed to you in an invoice. 

As a service provider it is difficult to fill that space within 24 hours notice.
